Overview:
As a Community & Content Engagement Specialist at Umbrella BPO, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing an online community while creating engaging content for social media platforms. You will work closely with our client to manage community interactions, promote engagement, and produce visually appealing social media content. This is a part-time role that requires a mix of community management skills and creative content expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:

• Upload content on the community platform, ensuring that posts align with brand values and objectives.
• Invite new members to join and engage with the community to foster a welcoming and interactive environment.
• Monitor community activity to promote positive interactions and address any inquiries or issues.

Content Creation:

• Design and create content for Instagram using tools like Canva, showcasing brand messages through appealing visuals and concise copy.
• Prepare and organize social media posts in Google Docs for client review and approval.
• Ensure consistency in content tone and aesthetics, aligning with brand guidelines and audience expectations.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with our client to understand community needs and content preferences, adapting strategies as needed to enhance engagement.
• Coordinate with the Umbrella BPO team and other stakeholders to stay updated on brand initiatives and campaigns.

Adaptability:

• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices for community management and social media content.
• Be flexible and responsive to changing community dynamics and content needs.

Qualifications:

• Professional English fluency.
• Experience in community management and social media content creation.
• Proficiency in Canva, Google Docs, and other content creation tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to capture and convey brand essence through visuals and messaging.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
