We are looking for a digital marketing coordinator that can increase our brand’s presence and build our sales pipeline by increasing website traffic and qualified inbound leads.  If you have a background in digital marketing and are looking to expand your skillset as part of a growing SaaS company, this is a great fit for you!

 

Our company provides software to manage and deliver high-stakes exams, such as certifications and employment tests.  We are B2B/B2Gov SaaS with 1-5 year contracts.  Examples of our target markets are nonprofit certification boards and government agencies in charge of exams like civil service or professional licensure.

 

 

Summary Objectives

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, website content, email marketing, and social media
  • Work with and manage our team of product experts and industry thought leaders to expand our digital presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Assist the sales team with communications and conversions of inbound leads



 

Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Management of LinkedIn company page
  • Growing your network and share posts to enhance our brand, drive traffic to our website, and generate qualified leads
 

Content and website

  • Website marketing pages - improve messaging from functionality to benefits
  • Manage our extensive blog of industry and academic articles, and expand to increase traffic
  • Improve our backlink profile, such as ensuring we are up to date on relevant sites like Capterra and G2.
 

Email Marketing

  • Send announcements and promotional emails to our opt-in list of 10k+.  
  • Improve our email automation and drips from lead magnets
  • Targeted email to past inquiries and opt-ins to convert into warm leads
 

Digital marketing

  • Coordinate press releases (rare)
  • Help us et articles in Forbes, Medium, or other publications.
  • Help our leadership get on podcasts
  • Manage our own podcast
  • Coordinate instructional videos by our staff and post them on YouTube
  • Coordinate webinars, edit videos, post on YouTube and also podcast channel.
  • Coordinate conferences and trade organization membership
 

Assist sales team to convert leads

  • Track leads in our CRM, including status and opportunity amount
  • Coordinate demonstrations with product experts for qualified leads
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing and sales activities, including ROIs and KPIs
 

Skills and qualifications

  • Experience in strategy and management of digital marketing
  • Experience with social media management for B2B/B2Gov SaaS
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
  • Strong project management and managerial skills
  • Desire to  grow your network and personal brand on linkedin
  • Experience in using Wordpress to manage content
  • Experience with a CRM and email management software, such as Zoho or Hubspot
 

Preferred qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
  • Proficiency in multimedia editing software (e.g., Canva)
  • Experience with SEO strategy and keyword research
  • Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data

Additional information

  • $15-25 per hour (we anticipate this position being outside the USA, fully virtual)
  • This position has no supervisory responsibility.
  • This job operates in a professional, casual dress, office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and filing cabinets.
  • The physical demands are typical of office work with a computer.
