THE ROLE:
We are seeking a technically skilled and strategically minded Digital Marketing Data Manager to lead our data tagging, integration, analytics, and data management efforts. This role is pivotal and hands-on in ensuring the quality, consistency, and strategic use, storage, and collection of data across all platforms. The ideal candidate will not only support our advertising team but also take ownership of our data management systems, including managing data warehouses, maintaining data pipelines, and ensuring data integrity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about building an analytics department and robust data infrastructure from the ground up. Here’s how you’ll contribute:





  • Standardize data tagging across various platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Klaviyo, GA4, and Search Console. (JavaScript)

  • Manage complex data integrations, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business goals.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines to ensure reliable, real-time access to clean data for analysis and reporting.

  • Oversee and manage the data warehouse, ensuring scalable storage, seamless data access, and security.

  • Integrate digital metrics with CRMs and create executive summaries that deliver valuable insights tailored to our clients' needs.

  • Implement processes to ensure data cleanliness, conducting regular audits to identify and correct data quality issues.

  • Provide deep analytical insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.

  • Lead the creation and management of dashboards that communicate key performance metrics to both internal teams and clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that propel business growth.






ABOUT YOU:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics and management, specifically within a digital marketing context.

  • Expertise in Google Tag Manager and managing complex data pipelines.

  • Experience managing and optimizing data warehouses, ensuring efficient data storage, access, and security.

  • Proficiency in cloud-based data solutions like Funnel.io and BigQuery for scalable data storage and processing.

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio and dashboard creation.

  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices.

  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategic business insights.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation.

  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and propose/explain ideas to clients.

  • Ability to manage multiple data projects from start to end simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience in agencies, with a passion for building and scaling an analytics and data management department.

  • Growth-oriented mindset, always staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new tools and methodologies.

  • Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) and Spanish (optional).

  • Located in Latin America.

BONUS POINTS:


While not required, you will score some sweet bonus points if you have:



  • Expertise in JavaScript.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS for advanced tag management use cases. 

  • Proven experience building and leading an analytics team.

  • Advanced knowledge of Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).

  • Experience with machine learning tools and predictive analytics to innovate and optimize traditional data analysis methods.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) to manage multiple tasks and projects.

  • Familiarity with compliance and data quality tools like OneTrust and DataDog.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.

  • Located in Colombia or Brazil.
