Role Summary:

TikTal is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the influencer marketing industry, with specific expertise in TikTok and other social media platforms. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, fostering relationships with key clients, and leading a team to new heights of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed the agency's revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify new business opportunities and trends in the influencer marketing industry, with a focus on TikTok and other social media platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasting and market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent TikTal at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the agency and its services.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a sales leadership role within the digital marketing or influencer marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms as marketing tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify innovative sales strategies.
  • Able to work within the US EST timezone.
