This is a remote position.



The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across all channels. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing trends, data analysis, and strategic planning to achieve business objectives. 



This is a hands-on position that will be expected to define and execute on the strategies developed with access to one or more team members for social media management, design content creation, etc.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with Admin and Operations Team that align with business goals and drive growth across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media. 

  • Campaign Development: Lead the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, partnerships, print, and broadcast advertising. 

  • Data Analysis: Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, email marketing software, social media platforms, and other data sources, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns. 

  • SEO Strategy: Lead comprehensive SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building strategies, and technical SEO enhancements to improve organic search visibility and rankings. 

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that includes creating and curating engaging content for blogs; social media, email newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials to drive traffic and engagement. 

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across all major platforms. 

  • Email Marketing: Strategize, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, segmentation, automation, A/B testing, list nurturing, and performance tracking. 

  • Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge. 

  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials through brand guidelines, copywriting, and upholding company values. 

  • Copywriting: Create engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, email newsletters, promotional campaigns , blogs, articles, whitepapers, online and offline ads, website pages, and landing pages to enhance engagement, presentation development, podcast content creation, book launch activities, drive conversions, and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. 

  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, operations, web admin, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives. 

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and future strategies. 

  • Leadership: Ability to lead, task and manage marketing staff as company grows.  

  • Other duties as assigned. 









Requirements




Qualifications: 




Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent expereince) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 









Experience: 6+ years of experience in marketing for an online training/coaching and consulting business, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and campaign management across multiple channels. Experience with book launch and event marketing preferred.  








Location: Remote; Must reside within the continental U.S.







Skills: 





  • In-depth knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing apps, SEO tools, social media managemnt tools, CRM) and demonstrated ability to utilize these tools effectively. 



  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. 



  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 



  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. This position involves writing and reviewing English content and nuances in usage of words to express specific meaning, necessitating a requirement for English as a first language.



  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset to get to a strong solution while removing barriers to progress.

Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant certifications are highly desirable. 








Technology & Applications:




Experience with any of our existing platforms is a plus, but we will also provide in-depth training along the way to expand your skills: 




  • Zoho One (CRM, email marketing, internal communication, etc.) or other CRM and marketing software such as Hubspot 

  • Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) 

  • Creative Production: Vimeo, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva 

  • Marketing: Wordpress, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Yoast

  • Project Management: ClickUp or other project management software
