Job Description
As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in amplifying the artist’s online presence and engaging with a rapidly growing fanbase. You’ll be at the forefront of content creation, video editing, and social media management across multiple platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital strategy for an artist poised for significant growth, allowing you to showcase your creativity and strategic thinking in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
• Create and manage daily social media content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and others
• Edit videos and optimize content for various social media channels
• Develop and implement weekly content plans in collaboration with the artist
• Schedule posts to maintain consistent engagement and grow the artist’s online presence
• Engage with followers, respond to messages, and foster community growth
• Track social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize growth and engagement
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for new releases and events
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the artist’s brand and online persona
Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the music industry
• Proficiency in video editing software and content creation tools
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to capture the artist’s voice in content
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with the Jewish music scene is a plus
