Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Specialist to help us build our online presence from the ground up. In this role, you’ll be at the cutting edge of content creation, developing short-form educational videos that both inform and inspire our audience across multiple social media platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools, shaping our brand voice and strategy in the digital space. This position offers a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and technology, allowing you to make a significant impact in spreading knowledge about interpersonal intelligence to a global audience.


Responsibilities
  • Craft compelling short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads that simplifies complex interpersonal intelligence concepts
  • Spearhead the development and execution of content strategies to grow our online presence and engage our target audience
  • Harness the power of AI tools to enhance content creation and streamline social media management processes
  • Optimize posting schedules to maximize engagement, particularly for our UK-based audience
  • Conduct regular analysis of social media metrics and prepare insightful performance reports
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to ensure content aligns with our educational goals and brand voice
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices, continuously innovating our approach
  • Potentially expand your role to manage our upcoming YouTube channel, including an animated mini-show


Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your best work
  • Demonstrated proficiency in video creation and editing for various social media platforms
  • Strong grasp of social media trends, best practices, and analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and social media management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex topics in an engaging, accessible manner
  • Creative mindset with a talent for translating abstract concepts into visually appealing content
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours based on optimal posting times for a UK audience
  • Passion for personal development and education is a plus
  • Familiarity with YouTube content creation and management (desirable for future expansion)
