We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving brand growth and lead generation through SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising. If you have an eye for creative storytelling and a deep understanding of digital trends, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop & Execute Strategies: Design and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Drive organic growth by optimizing website content, implementing SEO best practices, and executing content marketing strategies.
- Paid Advertising & PPC: Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Social Media & Community Engagement: Lead brand presence across key social platforms, crafting high-quality, engaging content.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Design and optimize email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Proven ability to run high-performing Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- A deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer journey mapping.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance tracking to refine marketing efforts.
- A creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while keeping an eye on the big picture.
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools.
- Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, and website management.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar.
