ABOUT THE ROLE


321 is in search of a Freelance Copywriter to lend their superb writing skills to promote and enhance the 321 brand and its clients. The ideal candidate understands the importance of attention to detail and full research when writing on brand related topics. This writer can compile industry leading ideas into long form blog content or can write headlines worth of 1,000 clicks. 


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Concept and Write
    • Explore creative solutions that are well-written and conceptually sound.
    • Demonstrate strong skills in identifying tone of voice standards for a creative, energetic brand.
    • Take provided concepts and apply detailed, thoughtful research to create industry leading content. 
    • Proofread all communications developed by themselves or the creative team and ensure information accuracy.
  • Collaborate & Work Efficiently
    • Work efficiently and effectively to adhere to budgeted time per project. 
    • Distill feedback to make necessary adjustments to projects while maintaining copy integrity and a strong message. 
    • Use strong communications when working with internal 321 teams and the end-client. 
    • Communicate compelling reasoning for the why behind your work and the benefit to our brand goals. 
  • Stay Current & Reliable
    • Be a self-starter and quick learner, with the ability to deliver work on time and within scope.
    • Follow and share industry trends and best practices.
    • Bring innovative, industry leading ideas to the table. 

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • 3-5 years content and copywriting experience in an agency setting for web and print.
  • Strong portfolio with notable brands.
  • A commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Proven skill at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to focus in on the details, but also see how projects fit into larger company goals. 
  • Ability to work well in an agile, fast moving team environment.
  • Agency experience is preferred.
