Job Title:  Event Marketing Specialist
 
Job Summary: 
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized  Event Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing tradeshows, client events, and promotional activities that support RevSpring's business objectives and focus on client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event coordination, a creative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 
Essential Functions:
Event Planning & Coordination:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for RevSpring’s tradeshow appearances, client events, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to align event strategies with business goals.
  • Research and select appropriate industry trade shows and events that will maximize exposure and business development opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts with event vendors, venues, and third-party suppliers.
Tradeshow & Client Event Execution:
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including booth design and setup, event registration, staffing, promotional materials, giveaways, and on-site management.
  • Ensure seamless execution during events, addressing any issues or adjustments that arise in real-time.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodations for team members attending events.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients attending events, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive experience.
  • Organize pre-event communication, invitations, and post-event follow-ups with key clients and prospects.
Budget & Timeline Management:
  • Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring events stay within allocated costs.
  • Maintain a detailed event calendar, ensuring all tasks and milestones are completed on schedule.
Event Marketing Support:
  • Support marketing initiatives around tradeshows and client events, including email campaigns, social media promotion, and content creation for event materials.
  • Work with the marketing team to create event-specific content such as presentations, brochures, and videos.
Post-Event Reporting:
  • Collect data and feedback from attendees, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to evaluate the success of each event.
  • Prepare post-event reports and provide recommendations for future events based on key learnings.

 
Minimum Requirements:
Specific Job Skills:
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the marketing or tech industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in creating and managing event budgets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies
 
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in event coordination, particularly in tradeshows, client events, or marketing.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
