Looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of SEO and marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, product marketing, and growth marketing.
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of digital marketing projects for us and our clients.Β
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of marketing projects and calendars, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and design teams, to define project requirements and expectations.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, guidelines, and requirements.
- Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of creative assets, collateral, and campaign materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product marketing and growth marketing.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in marketing project management or related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Experience managing marketing projects from concept to execution.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of paid media and growth marketing best practices.
- An understanding of PPC, analytics, web build, social media, or video.
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or agency environment.
- Strong organizational skills, timekeeping skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
