If you're a creative professional based in Latin America with proven experience, excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), and expertise in content creation and editing, we'd love to hear from you!


Requirements:
•    Proven experience in managing social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
•    Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics.
•    Familiarity with handling CMS, such as Wordpress or WIX
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•    Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content.
•    Familiarity with advertising tools and strategies on social media platforms.
•    Time management and organisational skills - Notion (preferred).
•    Ability to adapt to changing trends and algorithms.
•    A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
•    Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns or projects.
•    Expertise in content creation and video editing.

 

Responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
•    Create and curate high-quality content, including posts, stories, and videos tailored to each platform's audience and style.
•    Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries promptly.
•    Analyse social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identify trends, and optimize content for better engagement and reach.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
•    Experiment with new ideas, formats, and features to keep content fresh and engaging.
•    Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
•    Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.
